Description of services: Elevate Legal Education (“ELE”) charges students for personal online LSAT instruction and other law school related educational services at the rates agreed in the student agreement, and for the onboarding materials access lesson plans package, which is a one-time non-refundable fee invoiced upon approval of student.
ELE does not sell any products.

Shipping: ELE does not charge for shipping.
Return policy: The onboarding materials are non-returnable. Charges for the instructional sessions occur after they are complete and are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation policy terms are agreed upon in the student agreement.
ELE necessitates that any cancellation of scheduled sessions be initiated no less than 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees shall be determined as follows:

No Notice: Full session fee

Security: All payments are processed through secure sites – Stripe and Intuit/Quickbooks -by invoicing students. ELE does not take or save credit card or bank information. ELE does not sell any products through its website or otherwise.
